Who can order
Who can buy research peptides from Prudent Research?
We sell to research institutions and research businesses, such as universities, contract research organizations, biotech R&D teams, and pharmaceutical labs. Buyers must be at least 21 and confirm that the materials are for laboratory research use only. We review the details you give us before an order ships.
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or self-administration.
Shipping and delivery
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 48 hours by UPS or USPS. We use the fastest shipping method available for your delivery address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 pay $14.95 for shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, including US territories and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking is emailed on every order. You also receive an order confirmation email, with your order number, right after you pay. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Payment, cancellations, and refunds
How can I pay?
At checkout you pay by credit or debit card through Square.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled only if you email info@prudentpeptideresearch.com before it ships. Once it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final. Read our Refund Policy for details.

Greater than 98% purity is guaranteed by our supplier laboratory.
Can I get a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. A certificate of analysis is available upon request. Email info@prudentpeptideresearch.com and tell us which product you are asking about.
